TruNorth Farm is owned by Richard Hoag, who also serves the Bay Area community as a residential real estate broker and owner of TruNorth Real Estate. A native Californian, Rich has spent his entire professional career in the San Francisco Bay Area. With experience throughout Contra Costa and Alameda counties, Rich offers his clients a wealth of insights into the local real estate market.

Rich holds over two decades of experience negotiating the sale

and purchase of San Francisco Bay Area real estate. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Rich was employed in the San Francisco office of Deloitte & Touche, where for nearly a decade he advised clients on numerous corporate transactions with combined value of $2+ billion.

Rich takes pride in his community service as a senior member and former board member and Treasurer of The Guardsmen, a Bay Area nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing at-risk Bay Area youth by providing outdoor and educational programs. The Guardsmen raises over $1 million annually through a variety of philanthropic community events and social activities.
